Are You Devoted?
Daily Devotion..... take each of those words and break them down. Reflect in on yourself, when you open the word of God are you devoted to it? Are you devoted ....daily... to ...Him? Psalm 119 is such a tremendous gift from God because it helps us to see what being Devoted to His word really looks like! The psalmist is pouring out his heart for Gods word. Why did he do this? He must have experienced something that made him want to write THE LONGEST CHAPTER IN THE BIBLE! What touched him so deeply? We may never know. One thing I do know is that you have an opportunity every day experience exactly what he did, motivated by nothing but God alone.
